Yes, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you can return the items once received. The customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened and in their original condition. The customer pays return postage. Faulty items are handled separately — please contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are normally processed within 3 working days. The money will then appear in your account depending on your bank's processing times.
